Loading up before heading into the Pantanal
This is where we leave the pavement. The twin towns of Aquidauana and Anastácio form the "Portal do Pantanal" ("gate to the Pantanal"), Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. Last stop for supplies, including filling containers with gasoline (boat) and diesel (our Mitsubishi 4x4 L200 Triton Savana pickup).
