Brazilian birds: Greater rhea (Rhea americana) male with chicks, Parque Nacional das Emas, Goiás, Brazil. Near threatened (IUCN, 2015). The colors of the greater rhea are almost an exact match with the recently burned vegetation. Note: the males incubate the eggs and rear the young.
