Hwy 93 south of Missoula will be one case study highlighted in an analysis of road impacts on wildlife corridors throughout the U.S. Northern Rockies, to be completed in August. The study identifies highway mitigation opportunities from a variety of perspectives on mitigation priorities, including human safety, carnivore conservation, and local- and regional-scale connectivity.
