Road Ecology blog: Sign: No stopping zone next 14 km. Sensitive wild reindeer (Rangifer tarandus tarandus) area, Hwy 27 at the edge of Rondane National Park, Norway. These signs aim to reduce human disturbance to wild reindeer in the winter months. Note that the signs have hinges halfway which allow them to fold during the summer months.
