Asian wildlife: Argali rams (Ovis ammon), Ikh Nart Nature Reserve, Dornogovi, Mongolia. Near threatened (IUCN, 2013). Argali are the largest species of wild sheep. We were fortunate to spend three days at the research station from the Denver Zoological Foundation in Ikh Nart. The researchers have been incredibly productive. More information about Ikh Nart, including a list of research papers that originated from the area, is available from this website: http://www.ikhnart.com/
