This web page contains photos of animals that have been hit by vehicles or are about to be hit by a vehicle. Most of the animals are shown lying dead on the road or in the right of way. Other images on this website show what can be done to reduce the number of wildlife-vehicle collisions. Some of those mitigation measures are also aimed at providing safe crossing opportunities for wildlife.
Note: Some people may find images of dead animals shocking or distasteful.
